Description

100 ways to describe myself:
Description of item:

Night Festival
Went to the festival as a class and the first thing we saw was this so Josh decided to gave it a try.
The performer was playing this musical instruments with long strings in front of the national museum, coins could also become a musical instruments as it produces sound when many are placed together, it would be cool if "I" could be used as a performance for the festival.
One of the exhibit that caught my eyes was this contract light string tunnel thing. Time and time they would let out smoke to create an effect and make the colour more obvious. I could also be part of it by hanging me on the strings. Different coins have different colour so it could also add to it and add up to the contrast.
Caught these macrons tower so it gave me the thought of having a coin tower that could fill up all the spaces

The lights are of round shape and made with metal wires, there are designers that came up with coin lamps which I thought I could be added to this light design and make the light stand out more...
Lastly, we went to the museum and there was this light effect show with the scenery of jungle and also bricks effect... I could also be one of the displayed effects, covering the outer of the museum. I'm sure it would be beautiful.

How does education fit with our dreams of a happy life?

 Mindmap from group discussion

Education allows one to boost  confidence level as we are filled with knowledge which allow us to express ourselves better. You can also find your interest as you learn many things over the years of education as you’ll come across different things and find out what you like. Education is not simply just about study, we also learn core values to build our personality like respect and responsibilities.Education also allow you to get qualification which then lead to finding a good job and earn money to be able to survive with your needs and wants. A person will be happy when their wants are met, some even pursue their dreams with it.

There are many other reasons as to how education can make one happy but I personally feel that having education could be one of the basic reason to make one happy as we get to learn new things and find the answers to our doubt. We’ll be able to apply what we learn in basic life and get a job to meet our needs such as food and shelter to survive. Simple things like these can really bring a smile to a face;  eg.  Having our favourite food at a favourite restaurant.  Education also allows us to contribute back to the society and help make our country a better place so that everyone can live comfortably together such as nurses and doctors to save lives.

Routinization

There're many things we wish to do everyday but sometimes we just can't because of factors like time. The 3 things I wish to do the most:
Hanging out with close friends

Ever since I graduated from Secondary school, My close friends and I are just too busy to meetup often. We've spent 4 years of our lives together 5 times a week and now it just feels so empty without them.

Time is really important and most of us do not have time to meet but am glad we always try to accommodate to a day whereby we put everything else aside and meet just for a meal or a day.
Travelling to countries I like ALONE

I really like travelling and have been to many countries since young but not yet done with the whole world so I wish to travel more ALONE. It sounds really great to be in a new country or even a new environment every time you wake up.

However, money and time will be an issue as I'm still not earning and also it's the school term so...
But at least I'm able to travel to at least one country every year and I've been to many parts of the globe.
Attending concert

Attending concert is really something I enjoy, I get to see the singer I like and also enjoy the music LIVE, being able to feel the emotions of the singer being expressed with the songs. I've always had so much fun attending concerts with my friends.
But the idea of queueing is really tiring and also I feel really worn-out after every concert so doing it everyday would be really tiring. Tickets nowadays are also really expensive.

Thinking out of the box

Missed this week's lesson but well, I caught some updates from my group. So we're suppose to design an object based on our choice with what we've learnt. Our group started working on designs that are unique and have brought benefits to people's daily life so we decided to work on shoes, typically on heels.

Wearing heels can be really bad for the leg especially the ankle part as the pressure is being stressed at that area so it can be really damaging, also the heels breaking are problems ladies who wear heels commonly face
My group came up with the current solutions and started to develop from these ideas and problems. The very first thing that came to our mind was fold-able/removable heels. We thought of giving it thicker horizontal base for more support, flat soles and also heels that have base that could follow to the action of the sole when the person is walking. Our conclusion was to improvise such that the heel are made with slightly compressed spring that compress and extend following the person walking action. This will lessen the pressure of the ankle and allows the ankle to rest slightly instead of always being in an ankle. Of course it wouldn't easily affect the height of the person who wears it as that's the motive of the shoes design.
The problem lies with the angle of the ankle so as personal opinion, I thought of lessening the angle of the sole so I thought of adding the front part of the shoe to make the height still exist with a lessen angle.
It would be similar to the creeper shoe but with a slight heel angle so as to make it pretty yet with less pressure. Also it could still keep the designs of heels, which means more of the feet is exposed and the material will be like normal heels.
